I continue to put out songs that I know people aren't going to understand at first. I'm not saying I'm a visionary, but at the same time i feel like that's what a visionary does. They deliver things that the vast majority of people don't understand at the moment, but they will in the future. Future Kings ain't the best song in the world, it's not even the best song on the EP. But when you see what Love At a First Sound does in the next five years, when you see what Adam Quinn does, you're going to stumble on that song and say, "Damn they said this was going to happen years ago and it did." That's what's gonna make that song even doper. It's so raw. We ain't record that in a studio. I want to mix that shit on Two Inch so it can get that raw hip hop sound. Does every song gotta be a turnt song these days? Why can't we just make a beautiful song? Y'all put us in boxes. Why every beat gotta go "hard". You don't have to get turnt on every damn song. That's not what makes a song good. You ruin music with your boxes and labels. Let that shit go. Stop listening to music and feel it.
